Um solche Grafiken zu erstellen, eignet sich Paint Shop Pro & Adobe Photoshop ganz gut.
Wo du die herbekommst? Naja, da wo man eben Computerprogis kaufen kann. :D
Allerdings ist die Anschaffung nicht ganz billig, das neuste Psp kostet schon so um die 90 €, die Preise für Photoshop sind nochmal wesentlich höher. Dafür machen die sich auch bezahlt, wenn man Freude dran hat solche Sachen zu erstellen. =)
