Dafür gibt es sogar eine wissenschaftliche Erklärung. Das Lichtverhältnis ist im Frühling/Sommer anders als im Herbst/Winter. Außerdem spielen im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes die Hormone verrückt. :-D
