Vor ein paar Tagen musste ich meinen Laptop neu konfigurieren. Vorher konnte ich problemlos die HP's öffnen. Auch nachdem ich ich den ganz platt gemacht hatte, ging das. Doch jetzt auf einmal geht es nicht mehr. Fotos und alles andere öffnet er dennoch.

Ich bekomme dann immer das hier angezeigt:
