Das ist bereits intern als Idee notiert.

und das anklicken einer Person, dass man nicht immer "/p nick:" schreiben muss oder ein /pp ähnliches Fenster

Gibts doch exakt so schon, einfach auf den Nick im Chatverlauf klicken und das "/p nick:" wird in die Eingabeleiste kopiert.
