Warnung! Spoiler!
It is a known issue. macOS shows this notification when an app wants to send desktop notifications. Chromium has a mechanism of desktop notifications that we cannot disable or suppress via a command-line parameter. We have just one option - to disable all desktop notifications patching Chromium inside, however, it will break the Chromium desktop notifications functionality. Therefore we cannot disable it.

Please note that this notification will be displayed only on the first run. If you allow/don't allow Chromium to send notifications, the OS will remember your response and won't display it the next time you run the app.

Furthermore, if you run Google Chrome (or any other application that uses desktop notifications) on macOS for the first time, you will see the same notification. So, this is a common practice on macOS for all applications that need to show notifications to end-users.
